1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the SWARAJYA INFOTECH website or engaging our software engineering services, you agree to comply with these enterprise terms and conditions.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom software, source code, designs, and deliverables produced under formal Master Services Agreements (MSA) are transferred 100% to the client upon full payment.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Production applications hosted under SWARAJYA INFOTECH Cloud Backup and Production Monitoring are backed by our 99.9% operational SLA uptime guarantee.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by international corporate law and executed under binding arbitration.
